Site-to-Site Seamless Data Transfer
Do you have mutliple locations either factory or sales offices, that need to share import shipment information? If you do and you are having problems receiving any of this information on a timely basis, then you may want to consider Site-to-Site Seamless Data Transfer.
With this system, we can connect multiple locations and transmit data inbetween them automatically. Information such as ETD's, Actual ship dates and ETA's are good examples of useful information to be transmitted. In addition to your data, any files such as photos files and/or electronic documents can be transmitted as well as EDI 852 data.
We can transmit data from a single location (figure 1) or we can group multiple locations and combine different data into a single location. (figure 2) Any of this transmitted data can be automatically imported into your existing system.
Datbase types supported include Microsoft SQL Server, MDB, XLS, XML, CSV, ODBC
Data that is transmitted can also be used to load a web based reporting system. These systems are password protected and used to as a alternative reporting method. Your users logon and view only the information you want them to see.
